To assist our skilled and highly trained technicians we have aligned ourselves with a sophisticated computerized mixing system that allows colour matching to be a perfect match every time.
Our technicians have the versatility of using any one of a combination of five spray painting booths with a controlled environment that we have invested in:
- Saico full down draft car spray baking oven
- Full down draft infra red spray booths with hydraulic scissor lifts that the vehicle to a suitable working height for the painters
- 2 x side down draft 10m long x 6m wide x 5.2m high truck spray baking ovens. When the separating doors are opened this converts the two booths into one 20m long booth for practically any size job that our clients require.
All our spray booths are fitted with only the very best filtered breathing air systems so that our painters have the best opportunity to perform their skills at all times on our clients' vehicles.
